Level Up!
I always thought it was cool that I share the same birthday as Runescape.
I turn 17 today, but received birthday greetings as early as last night. Reuben made a phone call at 11.59pm, while Dg messaged me on Blesschat at 10.00pm, which was already midnight for her due to timezone differences. I also thank everyone else who took the time to drop a birthday greeting on the site's chatbox, as well as Tiz, Kat and Form who chipped in to buy Splinter Cell for me. You all helped to make it a very special seventeenth.
My celebratory mood did little to distract me from my usual training back in Runescape. I reached level 88 Prayer and even gained a Combat level. The breakneck speed of the Gilded Altar method continues to astound me. Consistently pumping in just two hours each day to work on the skill would easily get me the Prayer Cape within the month.
Though manageable, I see no point in rushing the skill. For now, I'm considering a temporary switch to Hunter as a break.
